Despite our occasional variance of perspective on here over the years, I'm sure I speak for the majority in saying that you contribute a great deal to this site in many ways, none remotely to do with football, and that WHO is diminished by your intermittent absences. I hope you will continue to post on here, if only to lend gentle or other accompaniment through the embers of the site's final journey.

Yeah it's an old fashioned concept, my 30 year old son said as much to me about 10 years ago. He is aware I use this site, though I've never encouraged him to join/read it, because I thought it might be hard for him to read the (often deserved) abuse I get on here.
I'm more than happy that youngsters (Gen Zs) are not interested in joining. I don't want to deal with their silly preoccupations and 'causing them trauma' by disagreeing with them/they/ze.
